About Gabriel Malkin Florida
A foundation built on curiosity, community, and creativity
Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Gabe Malkin has always valued learning through experience. His education began at Virginia Shuman Young Elementary, a public Montessori school that encouraged independence and curiosity from an early age. He later attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale before graduating from NSU University School in Davie, where he developed both academically and personally through sports, the arts, and leadership opportunities.
Outside the classroom, Gabe has balanced his interests across several disciplines. He’s played tennis competitively, participated in baseball and football, and developed a deep appreciation for music through the saxophone. Each of these interests has taught him something unique—discipline, teamwork, timing, and creative expression.
In the summer of 2025, Gabe embarked on a 120-mile walk along Spain’s historic Camino de Santiago de Compostela. The experience taught him endurance, problem-solving, and the value of reflection. Whether he’s performing music, training on the court, or exploring a new trail, Gabriel Malkin Florida continues to look for experiences that challenge him to grow.
